Self Catering Accommodation - 12 adults plus

Standing in a 6ft high walled garden, this substantial property comprises of a house and servants quarters (cottage/annex). The retreat's 2 buildings accommodate up to 16 people, 12 being adults. Spacious rooms, with all modern conveniences, ensures a truly relaxing self catering holiday.

The House

A one of a kind 2 storey house with 2 wings built around 2 very large central living spaces/lounges. There is underfloor heating on the ground floor in the lounge/diner and kitchen plus radiators throughout. All windows and doors are double glazed. The premises are alarmed for security. Integral double garage and parking for three cars within the grounds.

Ground Floor:

Kitchen - beautifully appointed & comprehensively equipped kitchen including American fridge/freezer, electric cooker/oven, dishwasher, microwave, all the cooking equipment a chef would want and cookery books too.
Complete set of crockery, cutlery and china to cater for a full house.
Lounge/Diner - tile flooring, fireplace - log burning fire, satellite free view television with complete sound surround system, hi-fi music centre, CD, DVD and video library.
Study/Library - computer with Internet access. Good selection of books in English and German, fiction and non fiction.
Utility room - washing machine and tumble dryer.
Wet room - shower, toilet and sink.

First Floor:

Lounge 2 –
  • Raised level – Large double doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the garden. TV, video and DVD player.
  • Lower level – Air Hockey game, various board games, cards etc. and gym equipment.
East Wing
  • Master Bedroom – Double bed, ensuite bathroom with bath, and door onto balcony with a view of the Rila mountain range. (Ample room for additional bed/cot’s.)
  • Lilac Bedroom – Double bed, French doors to balcony shared with master bedroom.
West Wing
  • Jade Bedroom - Double bed, Bed Sofa, door onto balcony shared with yellow room.
  • Yellow Bedroom -Two single beds, double French doors onto balcony.
  • Wet Room – Shower, toilet and sink.
All rooms except wet rooms have wood or parquee flooring.

Cottage

Self sufficient cottage at the end of the garden, fully double glazed. Complete with underfloor heating throughout.
Kitchen/Dinner/Lounge - fully equipped and fitted, settee converts into a double bed
Bedroom – King size bed.
Wet Room – Shower, toilet and sink.
The cottage can be rented along with the main house or on a separate basis.

Garden

Landscaped and maintained within a 6 foot wall affording complete privacy.
Complete set of patio furniture.
B-B-Q area.

All towels and bedding for both houses supplied. Hairdryers available for use.
For young families cots and high chairs are available upon request.
Weekly cleaning and change of bed linen.
